三山岛金矿深井通风降温治理技术研究

摘要: 三山岛金矿是山东黄金主体矿山之一,目前已进入深部开采,开采深度逼近并将最终超过1 000 m。随着开采深度的增大,地质条件恶化,大量热水涌出,地温升高,高温高湿问题严重影响生产安全;矿区井下采用无轨采掘设备,尾气排放量大。在收集相关资料、评价现有通风系统现状的基础上,运用网络解算法确定优化方案,提出并实施了开采通风降温治理方案。方案实施后,有效改善了井下生产环境,提高了开采工作效率。

Abstract: Sanshandao Gold Mine is one of main mines in Shan Dong Gold Group,which has entered deep mining stage and the mining depth will exceed one kilometer.With mining depth raising,problems caused by large quantity of hot water inflow and ground temperature increasing seriously affect safe production;Trackless mining equipments are widely used which exhaust lots emissions.Based on collection of relevant data,evaluation of current ventilation system,treatment scheme supported by network solution was proposed.The production environment underground and mining efficiency were effectively improved after the scheme implementation.
