金山店铁矿玻璃钢锚杆支护巷道变形监测与分析

摘要: 针对金山店铁矿围岩松软破碎以及现用螺纹钢锚杆支护缺陷问题,在余华寺采区-242 m分段回采进路进行了玻璃钢锚杆支护的现场试验,并在试验进路中交错布置变形监测网络,构建了巷道变形位移和收敛速率时间序列,分析了玻璃钢锚杆的支护效果,得到了试验巷道顶板和两帮变形的特征及其相互关系。根据支护巷道破坏形式,提出了采用玻璃钢锚杆配以金属螺母施加预应力的支护方法来改善支护效果,有效地维护了巷道的稳定。

Abstract: For the defect of steel bolt used in the soft and broken rocks of Jinshandian Iron Mine,a field test had been tested which using GFRP bolting in the mining area of -242 m level of Yuhua Temple,and staggered arrangement of deformation monitoring network in test approaches,constructed roadway deformation displacement and convergence rate time series,analysis the effect of GFRP bolting,and had known the deformation characteristics and the relationship between the roof and two bands of the testing tunnel.According to the form of damage of roadway,proposed a supporting way which used GFRP bolt together with the prestressed metal nut to improve support effect,could effective maintain the stability of the roadway.
