摘要: 为证实采用高压辊磨技术粉碎攀钢钒钛磁铁矿石的优越性,对白马和密地钒钛磁铁矿石的-5 mm高压辊磨产品和-3 mm实验室常规破碎产品进行了磨选性能对比试验。结果表明:高压辊磨产品与常规破碎产品相比,在粒度组成、矿物单体解离情况、可磨性及弱磁选指标等方面均具有明显的优势。

Abstract: In order to validate the superiority in crushing vanadium tiano-magnetite from Pangang by using high pressure rolling process, vanadium tiano-magnetite from Baima and Midi regions which were crushed with high pressure rolling process with crushed fineness of -5 mm and conventional crushing process with crushed fineness of -3 mm, grinding and separating experiments have carried out. The research results show that:high pressure rolling process compared with conventional crushing process, the former have obvious advantages in size composition and degree of mineral liberation, as well as in influence on subsequent iron mine grinding and separating.
