高硫铝土矿中黄铁矿的细菌氧化试验研究

Experimental Research on Bacterial Oxidation of Pyrite in High Sulfur Bauxite

摘要: 从高硫煤矿中分离到3种氧化亚铁硫杆菌,用它们对重庆某高硫铝土矿石进行生物氧化浸出脱硫试验,在合适的工艺条件下,脱硫率均超过74%,其中SX-1#菌的脱硫率达到83.57%,并使矿石的硫含量由生物氧化浸出前的3.83%降低到0.69%,达到拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺对矿石硫含量的要求。试验结果表明,生物氧化是高硫铝土矿石的高效脱硫技术。

Abstract: Three strains of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans which are obtained from the high sulfur coal mine are used to the bacterial oxidation leaching and desulfurization research on a high sulfur bauxite from Chongqing.Under the suitable conditions, the desulfurization degree are in excess of 74%, the desulfurization degree of SX-1# bacteria reaches to 83.57%, the content of sulfur of bauxite decreases from 3.83% before bacterial oxidation leaching to 0.69%, and reach to the demand of the content of sulfur of bauxite by bayer process producing alumina.The experimental results show that the biological oxidation technology of pyrite is useful for removing the sulfur from the bauxite.
