酸碱性添加剂对硅质含钒页岩焙烧效果的影响

摘要: 以鄂西某地硅质含钒页岩为研究对象,研究了酸性、碱性添加剂对其焙烧效果的影响。试验结果表明,在焙烧温度为800 ℃,保温时间1 h,加入1%碱性添加剂Na2CO3和2%YL情况下,钒的水浸率可达74.63%;在焙烧温度为850 ℃,保温时间为1.25 h,加入5%酸性添加剂Na2SO4和2%YL情况下,钒的水浸率可达85.36%。结合不同焙烧熟样的SEM检测,解释了2种添加剂对该页岩焙烧的影响。

Abstract: Taking the siliceous containing vanadium shale from western Hubei as the research object,studied the different effect of acid and alkaline additives on the roasting.Under the optimum conditions,the results of the experiment indicate that:when the roasting temperature is 800 ℃ and the roasting time is 1 h,the water leaching rate of vanadium can reach 74.63% if added 1% alkaline additives Na2CO3 and 2% YL.When the roasting temperature is 850 ℃ and the roasting time is 1.25 h,the water leaching rate can reach 85.36% if added 5% acid additive Na2CO3 and 2% YL.With the SEM detection of the different roasted sample,explain the effect of the two kinds of additives on the roasting for the shale.
