摘要: 介绍了虚拟仪器技术和爆破震动测试相关知识,结合爆破震动测试特点,借助虚拟仪器技术和PXI数据采集平台及LabVIEW软件的开发环境,设计了具有震动波形和数据实时显示、波形数据实时处理及存储等功能的爆破震动实时监测系统。突出了虚拟仪器技术实时监测、显示和分析数据的优势,具有可塑性强、灵活性高、开发时间短、性价比高等特点。

Abstract: The knowledge on virtual instrument and blasting vibration was introduced.And the monitoring system of blasting vibration designed successfully was combined with the features of blasting vibration test and was benefited from virtual instrument,the data acquisition of PXI and the LabVIEW software so that it was in the possession of the characteristics of presenting the figures and the wave shapes of blasting vibration,processing and storing the data,etc.Meanwhile,the advantages of virtual instrument including monitoring as well as displaying and analyzing data in real time are highlighted,and it also possesses features such as high plasticity,greatflexibility,time-saving development process and high cost-efficient and so on.
