烧成温度对铁尾矿墙体材料性能的影响

摘要: 研究了以90.8%的某铁尾矿、4.2%的水泥、5%的黏土为原料生产的新型墙体材料试样的物理性能、结构特征、化学成分受烧成温度的影响;比较了900 ℃下烧成的新型墙体材料试样与目前市场上的墙体材料的体积密度、隔热性能、耐压强度等重要性能指标。研究表明,900 ℃下烧成的试样基本具备新型轻质隔热墙体材料的性能。

Abstract: Research on the effect of sintering temperature on physical properties,structural characteristics,chemical constituents of wall material,which was prepared using 90.8% of the iron tailings as raw material combined by 5% of clay and 4.2% of cement; comparative new wall material specimen at 900℃ and the material currently on the market about important performance such as density,thermal insulation properties,compressive strength etc.performance requirements of lightweight thermal insulation.The results are as follows:the wall material specimen at 900℃ have the performance of light heat-insulation wall material.
