包钢选厂高硫磁选铁精矿反浮选脱硫试验研究

摘要: 对含硫1.19%、硫化物以磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿为主的包钢选矿厂弱磁选铁精矿进行了系统的反浮选脱硫试验研究。研究结果表明,以硫酸、JY-1为调整剂,异戊基钾黄药为硫化矿物的捕收剂,采用1粗2精3扫反浮选工艺处理该矿石,可以获得硫含量为0.48%、铁回收率为97.05%的铁精矿。

Abstract: Reverse flotation desulphurization experiment research on low intensity magnetic separation iron concentrate of Baogang concentrator that had a sulfide of 1.19%,and sulfide was magnetic pyrite and pyrite was conducted.The result showe that using sulfuric acid and JY-1 as regulators,and isoamyl xanthogenate-K as collectors,and using a reverse flotation flowsheet of one roughing two cleaning three scavenging,could obtain iron concentrate of sulfur content at 0.48%,and iron recovery rate at 97.05%.
