国外某铁砂矿综合回收技术研究

Comprehensive Recovery Technology of a Iron Placer Abroad

摘要: 对国外某含铁54.09%、二氧化钛8.10%、二氧化锆0.33%、金红石0.057%的铁砂矿样品进行综合利用试验研究。最终采用弱磁选—重选—强磁选—电选的原则工艺流程,获得了全铁品位60.20%、全铁回收率85.58%的钛磁铁精矿,全铁品位51.69%、全铁回收率11.04%的钛赤铁矿精矿,二氧化锆品位60.04%、回收率77.53%的锆英石精矿以及二氧化钛品位85.58%、金红石回收率59.06%的金红石精矿。

Abstract: The beneficiation tests with the purpose of comprehensive utilization were conducted on a iron sand sample abroad containing 54.09% Fe,8.10% TiO2,0.33% ZrO2 and 0.057% rutile.The best result was obtained using a low intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-electrostatic separation process flow.A titanomagnetite concentrate assaying TFe 60.20% grade with 85.58% recovery,a basanomelan concentrate assaying TFe 51.69% grade with 11.04% recovery,a zircon concentrate assaying ZrO2  60.04% grade with a recovery of 77.53% and a rutile concentrate assaying TiO2 85.58% grade with a rutile recovery of 59.06% were finally produced.
