摘要: 为解决程潮铁矿大块率高的难题,利用相似原理,通过室内相似材料模拟试验对不同参数的中深孔进行模拟爆破落矿,并制定最优爆破方案。结果表明,单排孔的爆破效果优于双排孔,最优方案为单排双心12孔、崩矿步距1.8 m。这将为降低大块率制定方案时提供科学依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high big block ratio in Chengchao Iron Mine, similar material simulation tests as laboratory are made to simulate medium-deep hole blasting in different parameters based on similarity principle.And an optimal blasting program was maked.Mathematical analysis was made based on data obtained from tests.The results showed that blasting effect of single-roe hole is better than that of double-roe hole and the optimal blasting program is single row dual 12-hole with breaking interval of 1.8 m.This provides a scientific basis for making a program to decline big block radio.
