磁选环柱结构改进研究

摘要: 为解决磁选环柱用于磁铁矿石粗选时尾矿品位偏高的问题,对磁选环柱的结构进行了两方面的改进:一是在磁选环柱的粗选区增设聚磁筛网,二是将磁选环柱的给矿方式由中心给矿改为周边给矿。用改进后的磁选环柱对大孤山铁矿石进行实验室粗选试验,并与改进前的磁选环柱进行对比,结果表明:在精矿品位基本相同的情况下,改进后磁选环柱的尾矿品位降低了2.03个百分点,精矿回收率提高了2.75个百分点。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high tailings grade in rough magnetic separation with annular magnetic separator, its structures are improved from two aspects: First, the magnetic screen is newly arranged at rough concentration of the annular magnetic separator, and secondly, the ore feed for the annular magnetic separator varied from the center to the periphery. The improved annular magnetic separator is adopted to the rough concentration tests in laboratory for Dagushan iron ores, and contrasted with the original devices. The results show that: in the case of the same concentrate grade, tailings grade is decreased 2.03% with the improved annular magnetic separation, and the concentrate recovery increased by 2.75%.
