露天开采中深孔爆破与 地下采空区处理一体化实践

摘要: 三道庄钨钼露天矿经过多年地下开采,现已形成大量采空区,这些空区分布广泛,形态复杂,已成为矿山安全生产的重要安全隐患。通过了解矿区地下空区基本情况,在分析1 330 m台阶北部爆破区域地质概况的基础上,对爆破区域打探测钻孔掌握空区分布特征。根据现场实际情况,在正常台阶中深孔采矿爆破作业的同时同步对爆区内的空区进行处理,将采矿爆破作业和空区处理一体化,爆破网络采用逐孔微差起爆方法,爆破效果良好。在台阶正常生产爆破的同时,排除了空区的安全隐患,保证了生产的顺利进行。

Abstract: After years of mining,there exists a large number of underground goafs in Sandaozhuang Mine. These underground goafs scatter widely with the complex form,and have become the main potential safety problem of mining production. On the basis of analyzing the geology of the northern burst area around 1330m terrace,the distribution features of underground goaf areas can be got through drilling in the blasting area. Based on the real bench situations,the medium-deep hole blasting in the usual bench is simultaneously carried out with treatment of underground goafs in the blast area,which integrates the blasting work and the goafs treatment. A good blasting effect was obtained with micro differential hole-by-hole blasting network. This method can ensure the production work in the bench and get rid of potential goaf safety problems at the same time.
