我国高铁铝土矿铝铁分离技术现状

摘要: 简述了我国高铁铝土矿资源的特点,总结了我国在高铁铝土矿石资源开发利用研究方面的成果。磁选、浮选、磁浮联合分选等常规铝铁分离工艺是易分离高铁铝土矿石开发利用的高效、低耗工艺;用拜耳法+赤泥磁化焙烧法处理需细磨的高铁铝土矿石,可以较好地实现铝和铁的回收,但铁精矿品位有待进一步提高;高铁铝土矿石的高温烧结工艺可以获得指标理想的氧化铝和生铁产品,但生产成本问题较突出。

Abstract: The paper briefly introduces the characteristics of high-Fe bauxite resources in China,and summarizes the research status on the development and utilization of high-Fe bauxite resources.The conventional separation processes such as magnetic separation,flotation,integration of magnetic separation and flotation are the efficiency and low-consumption process for easily-separated high-Fe bauxite.Bayer method and red mud magnetizing roasting method were used to treat the high-Fe bauxite that need to be finely ground,by which the recovery of ferrous and aluminum is better gained,but Fe concentrate grade needs to be improved further.Ideal alumina and Fe products can be obtained by high temperature roasting process from high-Fe bauxite,but the production cost will be much higher.
