低硅铁尾矿陶粒的制备与应用

摘要: 以某低硅铁尾矿为主要原料,对铁尾矿陶粒的配方进行了研究,并考察了尾矿陶粒作为轻质混凝土骨料的应用效果。结果表明:低硅铁尾矿陶粒原料铁尾矿、工业粉状废物与KD的适宜质量比为75∶17∶8,成品陶粒用量为920 kg/m3、水泥用量为220 kg/m3、水灰比为0.37(不含预湿陶粒用水)情况下的铁尾矿陶粒混凝土密度等级为1 200、抗压强度等级为LC5.0,满足《JGJ 51—2002,轻骨料混凝土技术规程》中结构保温轻骨料混凝土的要求,产品保温性能良好。

Abstract: Taking a low silicon iron tailings as the main raw material,the paper studies the dosage of iron tailings ceramsite,and investigates the performance of tailings ceramsite in applications as lightweight concrete aggregate.The results showed that: the suitable formula for iron tailings ceramsite is the mass ratio of iron tailings,industrial powdery wastes,and KD is 75∶17∶8,finished ceramsite dosage of 920 kg/m3,cement dosage of 220 kg/m3,water-cement ratio of 0.37 (excluding water for pre-wetting ceramsite).Under the formula above,the iron tailings ceramsite concrete owns the density of 1 200, the compressive strength at LC5.0,which meet the requirement for the Insulation structure of lightweight aggregate concrete in JGJ51-2002 standard.The product owns a good insulation performance.
