改进采矿工艺降低损失贫化

摘要: 介绍了狮子山铜矿开采过程中矿石损失和贫化的现状,针对复杂矿体开采过程中矿石损失与贫化难以控制的问题,主要从改进采矿工艺、优化采矿方法方面进行攻关,提出以“因矿生法”的理念,正确选择合理的采矿方法为有底柱浅孔留矿法和有底柱振动出矿阶段崩落法,并调整了相应的结构参数;采用改进采矿工艺(阶段强制崩落采矿工艺),平均损失率和贫化率分别为7.56% 和17.01%,与原采矿方法相比较,损失率降低5.8个百分点,贫化率降低8.09个百分点。现场应用取得了较好的效果,提高了矿山企业的经济效益。

Abstract: The present situation of ore loss and dilution in mining process in Shizishan copper mine were introduced.Aiming at the difficulty in control of ore loss and dilution of complex ore body in mining process,studies were made from the improvement and optimization of mining method for mining technology to put forward the concept of “selecting mining method based on the ore body condition”,and the short hole shrinkage method with pillar and the sublevel caving method with pillar and vibrating ore-draw were chosen as the reasonable mining methods and their corresponding structure parameters were adjusted as well.With the improved process (phase forced caving mining process),the average loss rate and the average dilution rate reached 7.56% and 17.01% respectively.Compared with the original mining method,the loss rate was reduced by 5.8% and the dilution rate was reduced by 8.09%.It has achieved good effect in field application and improves economic efficiency of mining enterprises.
