SSS-Ⅱ水平磁场高梯度磁选机及其在密地选钛厂的应用

摘要: 垂直磁场高梯度磁选机普遍存在磁介质容易堵塞的现象,而且垂直磁系磁选机下磁极长期浸泡在矿浆中,易造成磁极的腐蚀,同时给矿对上磁极的冲刷也易造成磁极的磨损。为此,研制开发了SSS-Ⅱ型水平磁场高梯度磁选机,该磁选机采用特殊设计使磁系不接触矿浆,彻底解决了矿浆对磁系的腐蚀及磨损,采用多梯度直排介质和水气联合卸矿方式克服了介质堵塞的难题。通过在攀钢密地选钛厂微细粒矿磁选车间的使用表明在同等条件下该新型设备的精矿品位和回收率明显高于生产现场垂直磁场高梯度磁选机,且其长期运行的选别效果稳定。

Abstract: Clogging magnetic medium exists in perpendicular magnetic field high gradient magnetic separator, and that the lower magnetic pole of perpendicular magnetic unit always soaked in slurry, thus easily resulting in corrosion of magnetic pole. Meanwhile, the upper magnetic pole can be worn out by flushing from feed. Therefore, SSS-Ⅱ type horizontal magnetic field high gradient magnetic separator was developed. This magnetic unit will not contact with slurry by using a special design, which solve the difficulty of magnetic unit corrosion and wear from slurry thoroughly, and overcome the problem of magnetic medium clogging by using multi-gradient magnetic medium and discharging with the aid of water-air combination. Its application in fine magnetic workshop of Midi titanium plant indicated that, titanium grade and recovery of the concentrate produced by this new equipment are significantly higher than that of the on-site perpendicular magnetic field high gradient magnetic separator under the same conditions, and keep stable work efficiency in the long run.
