焦家金矿破碎矿体采场进路的跨度优化研究

Research on the Stope Span Optimization of Jiaojia Gold Mine with Fractured Rock Mass

摘要: 焦家金矿-390 m中段矿体赋存条件为缓倾斜,中厚破碎矿体,随着开采深度的增加,深部地应力 也随之增加,开采难度加大,岩体的节理、裂隙更为发育,出现更多破碎不稳定的岩体,在开采 过程中极易导致安全事故的发生,严重影响矿山的安全生产与经济效益。为此,综合运用3GSM、 钻孔摄像与声波测试等手段确定试验采场结构面分布情况,通过离散元数值模拟方法建立了离散 元模型,从变形、应力以及节理变形等多角度分析了试验采场在开挖过程中的基本力学行为规律 ,从而确定了焦家金矿上向水平进路充填法的采场最佳跨度是7.5 m,实现了矿山的安全经济开 采,得出的结论与现场实际施工情况相符,进而验证了研究结果的正确性,对于其他相似矿山具 有借鉴意义。

Abstract: With the increasing of the mining depth in Jiaojia Gold Mine,the joints and fractures of the rock mass are more developed,and mostly comprise unstable broken rocks;thus,in order to assure the production safety in the mine,determining the most reasonable stope span parameter is imminent.In this paper,by means of 3GSM, borehole camera and sonic wave testing,then statistically analyzed the properties and characteristics of the rock mass discontinuity;utilizing discrete element numerical calculation method to determine the optimal span for Jiao Jia gold mine′s upward level approach filling method which is according with the practical situation.At the same time,the research method of this paper also has reference significance for other similar mines.
