分体式履带钻机的研制与应用

摘要: 目前常用的分体式钻机和整体式履带钻机存在这样的缺陷:不能将井下机动性高、外形尺寸小、操作人员安全性高等特点融合在1台设备上,使瓦斯抽采钻孔施工效率低,钻机对复杂钻场和矿井条件适应性差。分体式履带钻机是一种新型瓦斯抽采钻孔施工装备,由于采用分体式履带结构,新型钻机外形尺寸小、井下移动灵活,工人可远离孔口和主机对钻孔施工进行控制和操作。结合复杂条件矿井煤/岩层赋存条件与钻场施工条件,通过分析和研究分体式履带钻机的结构特点、主要功能、关键技术和液压系统,设计了适用于不同工况和施工环境的分体式履带钻机系列。工业性试验表明,分体式履带钻机外形尺寸小适中、井下机动性能强、综合钻进效率高、工艺适应范围广,在复杂条件矿井具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract: There are some shortcomings in the split drilling rig and the entire crawler drilling rig,that can not integrate such functions as high flexibility,small size,high personnel security into one device.So the drilling efficiency for gas extraction is lowered and the drilling rig has a poor adaptability under complex drilling field and mines.The split crawler drilling rig is a new type of drilling and construction equipment for gas extraction.Due to its split and crawler structure,this new-type rig owns small size,flexible underground mobility,and workers can stay away from the orifice and the host to realize control and operation of drilling.Combined with complex conditions of coal mine/rock occurrence and drilling field,and based on analysis and investigation of the structural features,the main function,the key technologies and the hydraulic systems of split crawler drilling rig,the split crawler rig series for different condition and construction environment were designed.The industrial test showed that the split crawler rig has moderate dimensions,high flexibility at underground,high comprehensive drilling efficiency,and wide adaptability.It has a good prospect in mines with complex conditions.
