摘要: 微生物浸出技术具有可处理对象丰富、过程简单、能耗低、环境友好的优点,在未来矿物处理和环境污染治理等方面将扮演重要的角色。介绍了国内外微生物浸矿技术的发展历史和应用现状,总结了浸矿微生物的分类方法及不同种类微生物的特性,概述了混合菌在浸矿过程中的群落演替,简述了微生物浸矿电化学的研究现状,并对微生物浸出技术发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Bioleaching technology has developed rapidly in recent years,which plays an important part in the leaching of low-grade ores with advantages of rich in processing target,simple process,low energy consumption,and environmental benign.Describes the historical development and applications status of bioleaching,summarizes the sorting technique,characteristics of microorganisms and community succession in bioleaching,presents the bioleaching electrochemistry,and brings foruard the prospective development of bioleaching.
