常村煤矿掘锚机快速成巷技术研究

摘要: 为实现掘锚机在常村煤矿S6-8轨道顺槽高瓦斯厚煤层复杂地质条件下的快速成巷,改进了掘锚机的临时支护装置,制定了快速成巷中瓦斯治理措施,确定了合理的支护参数。并针对巷道底板倾斜和煤壁片帮这2种影响掘进进尺速度的因素,对施工工艺进行了优化。应用效果表明:掘锚机施工期间,日均进尺增加到20 m/d,工效提高到0.44 m/工,极大提高了常村煤矿煤巷掘进速度,有效缓解了矿井采掘接替紧张的局面。

Abstract: In order to achieve driving anchor machine quick tunneling of S6-8 tail entry in Changcun Coal Mine with complicated geological conditions of high gas and thick coal seam,the temporary supporting device of driving anchor machine was improved,and gas control measures under quick tunneling were proposed to determine reasonable support parameters.Considering two factors affecting the excavation speed such as floor inclination and coal wall caving,the construction process was optimized.The application results showed that during the construction period,the driving anchor machine increased the tunneling footage to 20 m/d,and work efficiency to 0.44 m per man.These greatly improved the tunneling speed of coal roadway in Changcun Coal Mine and effectively alleviated the tensive situation of the relay between mining and tunneling.
