挂帮矿开采的相似模拟试验与安全性分析

摘要: 为解决程潮铁矿挂帮矿开采对地表变形和拦洪坝的影响问题,利用相似材料模拟试验方法建立挂帮矿相似模型,并对其进行充填采矿模拟试验,分析挂帮矿的开采对地表变形和拦洪坝的影响以及覆岩移动变形情况。试验结果表明:挂帮矿V3号矿体的开采会导致拦洪坝的变形以及拦洪坝与V3号矿体之间的围岩变形急剧增加,使拦洪坝与V3号矿体之间的裂隙进一步扩展,危及程潮铁矿主采区的安全,建议V3号矿体不予开采。最后分析了挂帮矿开采存在的安全隐患并提出有效的安全防治措施,这对矿山进行挂帮矿安全生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: o reduce the influence on surface deformation and flood control dam caused by mining of hanging wall ore in Chengchao iron mine,the similar material simulation experiment was made to establish the similar model of hanging wall ore.Then,the fill stoping simulation tests were carried out to analyze the influence of surface deformation and the flood control dam and the rock deformation in exploration of hanging wall ore.Experiment results showed that the exploration of hanging wall ore V3 ore-body may result in deformation of flood control dam and dramatic increase in deformation of surrounding rock between flood control dam and V3 ore body.Fractures between the flood control dam and V3 ore body is further extended,which endangers the safety of the main stope in Chengchao iron mine.It is Suggested that the V3 ore body be not mined.Finally,the potential dangers in exploring the hanging wall ore is analyzed,and the effective prevention measures are proposed,which have a certain guiding significance in safe production of hanging wall ore.
