硬硅钙石型转接板材料的试制

摘要: 我国铸铝工业中所使用的转接板均为进口产品,为填补国内空白,采用廉价原料和简单工艺进行了硬硅钙石型转接板材料的试制。结果表明,硬硅钙石与玻璃纤维、熟石灰按质量比36∶2∶1混匀后,加入与原材料总质量比为1∶1的水,在20 MPa的压力下压制成型,180 ℃下蒸压3 h,获得的制品密度为0.85 g/cm3、弯曲强度为7.75 MPa、收缩率为1.58%、抗热震次数达35次、耐受温度可达1 000 ℃、保温效果优良,该制品的性能总体优于进口产品。

Abstract: All adapter plates used in the cast aluminum industry are imported products in our country.To fill in the blanks,the adapter plate using xonotlite was prepared by cheap raw material and simple process.The experimental results showed that the product with density of 0.85 g/cm3,bending strength of 7.75 MPa,shrinkage rate of 1.58%,the thermal shock times of 35 with excellent heat insulation was prepared when the mass ratio of xonotlite,glass fiber,lime was 36∶2∶1,the mass ratio of raw materials and water was 1∶1 and under conditions of the forming pressure 20 MPa,and autoclaving temperature at 180 ℃ for 3 h.In all,the performance of the product is superior to that of the imported products. 
