广西某钨锡细泥选矿试验

摘要: 广西某钨锡矿选厂采用双曲波细泥摇床重选水力分级溢流,由于入选粒度微细,导致大量的钨锡矿物流失在尾矿中。为了充分回收其中以黑钨矿和锡石为主的钨锡矿物,以探索试验结果为基础,采用旋流器分级—悬振锥面选矿机重选沉砂—重选精矿浮选脱硫砷—重选尾矿与旋流器溢流合并浮选脱硫砷后再混合浮选钨锡流程对该尾矿试样进行再选试验,所获钨锡混合精矿的WO3、Sn品位分别为10.96%和6.82%、回收率分别为77.49%和63.79%。因此,粗细分级分选、重—浮联合选矿工艺流程是该尾矿的高效再选流程。

Abstract: The double wave fine mud shaking table was used in recycling tungsten and tin slime from Guangxi,the selected granularity was so fine that much tungsten-tin was lost in the tailings.In order to fully recycle tungsten and tin ore,in which main composition is wolframite and cassiterite,cyclone classification-HVC concentrator gravity-desulfurization and dearsenication by flotation,and then tungsten and tin mixed flotation process was applied.The mixed tungsten and tin concentrate with WO3 grade of 10.96% and Sn grade of 6.82%,the recovery of WO3 77.49% and the recovery of Sn 63.79% were obtained.Therefore,the technological schemes of sizing sorting and gravity concentration-flotation are efficient in second beneficiation of the tailings.
