低温制备煤矸石4A分子筛

Synthesis of 4A Zeolite Using Coal Gangue at Low Temperature

摘要: 为探索煤矸石高效利用的途径,以内蒙古某地煤矸石为原料,采用低温碱融—水热法进行了4A分子筛合成条件研究,并运用XRD、SEM对合成的4A分子筛进行了表征。试验确定的原料成分配比为n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)=1.9、n(Na2O)∶n(SiO2)=2.2、n(H2O)∶n(Na2O)=30,在有导向剂情况下的晶化温度为50 ℃、晶化时间为30 h,合成的4A分子筛对Ca2+的交换能力为318.00 mg/g;XRD、SEM分析表明:合成的4A分子筛晶化程度和结晶度高,为结构完整、棱角分明、粒径约为2 μm的立方形晶体,具有纯度高、孔隙度适中的特点。该4A分子筛符合《QB/T 1768—2003,洗涤剂用4A沸石》规定的技术要求。

Abstract: To explore the way which can efficiently utilize coal gangue,the 4A zeolite was synthesized with alkali fusion-hydrothermal method at low temperature was characterized by XRD and SEM using the Coal Gangue of Inner Mongolia as the raw material.The composition ratio of the raw material was n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)=1.9,n(Na2O)∶n(SiO2)=2.2,n(H2O)∶n(Na2O)=30,using the guiding agent,crystallization temperature of 50 ℃ and crystallization time of 30 h,the calcium ion exchange capacity of the product achieves 318.00 mg/g;The XRD and SEM analysis showed that the 4A zeolite had high crystallization and degree of crystallinity,the structure of cubic crystal was complete,angular and the particle size was about 2 μm with the high purity and moderate porosity.The 4A zeolite was in accordance with the technical requirements specified in the 1768-2003 QB/T 4A Zeolite for detergents.
