南李庄铁矿副井井筒掘砌防治水工程探索

摘要: 基于邯邢区大水岩溶矿山南李庄铁矿工程建设环境、突水防治技术难题、淹井事件梳理及含水层突水机理的综合分析,通过工程“探、堵、截”防治水综合技术方案的系统研究,以及施工过程中S孔探注、超前小导管围岩稳固及化学浆液适用等方法和措施的应用,最终成功完成副井井筒掘砌施工,对类似施工环境的矿山建设具借鉴意义。

Abstract: The comprehensive analysis on engineering construction environment of water karst mine of Nanlizhuang iron mine in Hanxing,technical issues of water inrush and flood control,shaft-flooding events,and aquifer water inrush mechanism are carried out.Based on these,and by means of systematic research on integrated technical solution of water prevention and control “exploring,blocking,cutting”,such techniques and measures as S hole exploration and grouting,rockwall firmness with advanced small pipes and chemical grout applicable are applied during work progress to successfully complete auxiliary shaft excavating and lining.It can be used as a reference by other mine constructions with similar working environment.
