松散地层中水平巷道快速掘进施工法

摘要: 为解决松散地层中水平巷道非施工支护的快速施工理论和施工工艺及操作方法,对松散地层中双排双层长距离输水地涵快速施工的案例进行了深入的分析,依据顶管管周的摩擦阻力、迎面阻力和顶管管段的自重等,研究了适用于松散地层中金属矿山水平巷道顶管快速施工的顶力计算和新的施工工艺、技术,并进行现场试验和各项监测,还对实测顶力与3种计算数值进行对比分析,将快速掘进施工法与钻孔爆破施工支护法进行了有关技术经济指标的对比分析,验证了快速掘进施工法的先进性、可行性和适用性。

Abstract: In order to grasp the rapid construction theory and construction technology and operation method of non-construction supporting of horizontal tunnel in loose strata,a thorough analysis on the rapid construction case of the double rows-double layers long distance water diversion culvert in loose formation was made.Based on the friction around jacking pipe,face pressure and the self weight of the pipeline,the jacking force calculation and the new construction process and technology for rapid tunnel construction of metal mines horizontal tunnel in loose formation were acquired.An in-site jacking experiment and various monitoring were carried on and the measured jacking force was contrasted with the three calculated values.The comparison of the relevant technical and economic indicators between the rapid excavation and construction method and the construction supporting method verified the progressiveness,feasibility and applicability of the rapid excavation construction method.
