露天开采多资源矿山工程发展规律

摘要: 矿山工程发展速度对矿山生产能力至关重要。为了研究多资源赋存露天矿矿山工程发展规律,建立了露天矿采场水平推进速度与矿山垂直延深速度关系的数学模型,分析了沿底帮推进、沿矿体底板推进、沿矿体顶板推进等3种工作线推进方式下矿山工程发展的关系,推导出不同推进方式下水平推进速度与矿山工程垂直延深速度的耦合关系公式。研究表明,多资源露天矿水平推进速度与矿山工程垂直延深速度呈正相关关系,除设备自身决定的影响因素外,优化电铲工作线长度、增大电铲工作时间为提高矿山工程发展速度、提高露天矿生产能力的有效途径。

Abstract: It is essential for the mining development speed to mine production.The surface mining field mathematical model about horizontal advance speed and mine engineering vertical extension speed is established to study the development principle of multiple resources surface mine engineering.Through analyzing the mining development relationship under three methods of work line propulsion,including advancing along the surface mine bottom,advancing along the ore body bottom and advancing along the roof rock body,the coupling formula of horizontal advancing speed and mine engineering vertical extension speed with different advancing methods was derived.Studies showed that the horizontal advancing speed and mine engineering vertical extension speed of multiple surface resources displayed as a positive correlation.Besides the self reason of the device,optimizing electric shovels working line length,and increasing electric shovels working time are effective ways to improve the development speed of mining engineering and improve the production capacity of surface mine.
