微生物在废弃印刷线路板资源化中的应用研究进展

摘要: 废弃印刷线路板(WPCBs)成分复杂,富含多种有色、稀贵金属,具有环境危害大、潜在价值高等特点。为使业界较全面地了解微生物在WPCBs资源化利用中的应用状况,推动该技术的发展,介绍了化能自养菌和异养菌浸出WPCBs中有价金属、微生物吸附法回收WPCBs浸出液中金属离子等3方面的发展,指出今后应加强高效菌种的选育、WPCBs微生物柱浸或搅拌浸出理论研究以及大颗粒WPCBs微生物搅拌反应器的研发等工作。

Abstract: The composition of waste printed circuit boards (WPCBs) is complicated.WPCBs contain various non-ferrous and rare metals,and had the features of harm to environment and high potential value.In order to know about the research progress of recycling of WPCBs by microbiological method,and accelerate the technology development,metals leaching by chemoautotrophic bacteria and heterotrophic bacterium,bacterial adsorption was introducedIt is indicated that the future research direction proposed would focus on breeding of high efficient bacteria,the column leaching and the agitation leaching process,and a stirred tank reactor of the coarse-grained WPCBs,and so on.
