湖北某钨尾矿中萤石的分选试验

摘要: 湖北某浮钨尾矿-0.074 mm占86.39%、萤石含量为22.35%,萤石与石榴子石、石英等主要脉石矿物解离不充分。为高效回收该尾矿中的萤石资源,根据试样的性质,采用高梯度强磁选—浮选流程进行了萤石选矿试验。结果表明:在背景磁感应强度为1.2 T情况下的高梯度强磁选可抛出产率为13.06%、萤石含量为7.10%的磁性杂质,非磁性产品的萤石含量为24.64%;非磁性产品经1粗2扫7精浮选流程处理(浮选粗精矿细磨至-0.038 mm占77.64%后再进行精选),可获得萤石含量为96.48%、回收率为69.54%的萤石精矿。因此,磁浮联合流程是试样中萤石的简洁、高效回收流程。

Abstract: The wolframite floating tailings in Hubei has particle size of -0.074 mm 86.39% with the content of fluorite 22.35%.Fluorite is hard to be separated from the main gangue minerals such as fluorites and garnets,quartz.In order to improve the recovery of fluorite,and according to the nature of the sample,the high gradient magnetic separation-flotation process is used for fluorite separation.The results show that when the background magnetic induction intensity is 1.2 T,magnetic impurity can be thrown,with fluorite content of 7.10% and the yield rate 13.06%,and Non-magnetic products with the content of fluorite was 24.64%;Non-magnetic product is conducted by adopting the flotation flowsheet of one roughing,two scavenging and seven cleaning(cleaning would conducted when the rough concentrate ground to 77.64% passing 0.038 mm).Finally,the fluorite concentrate with fluorite grade of 96.48% and recovery of 69.54% was obtained.Therefore,the high gradient magnetic separation-flotation process is a sample of efficient recycling process of fluorite.
