“三下”开采胶结充填体强度对地表沉降的影响

摘要: 针对“三下”采矿引起的地表沉降问题,结合全尾砂胶结充填材料试验,运用FLAC3D,对某“三下”铁锌矿充填采矿过程中不同强度的充填体引起的地表沉降变形情况进行综合分析。根据矿山岩体力学参数及相关试验结果,分别模拟不同充填体强度情况下的地表沉降变形情况,根据相关规范再对模拟结果进行优化。得出:当充填体强度为0.9 MPa时,可以保证地表沉降满足公路和河流的正常运行,能够保证采矿工作的顺利进行。

Abstract: According to the subsidence caused by “three-under ” mining disturbance,combined with the full tailings cemented material test,FLAC3D is adopted to comprehensively analyze the surface subsidence and deformation caused by different strength of filling body in the backfill process of an iron-zinc mine.According to the mining rock mechanics parameters and the related experimental results,the settlement and deformation under different strength of the filling body are respectively simulated,and then the simulation results are optimized according to relevant criterion.It is determined that the strength of the filling body 0.8 MPa can guarantee the normal operation of the highway and the river with the surface settlement,and meanwhile ensure the smooth mining.
