露天矿汽车运输转联合运输合理过渡点的确定

摘要: 露天矿开采初期汽车运输因运距短而经济效果好,后期则因运距长而运营费高。汽车—胶带—排土机联合运输工艺初期投资大但运营费低,是开采后期替代汽车运输最有效的运输方式。联合运输系统投入时机对其经济优势的发挥影响巨大,寻求汽车运输向联合运输方式的合理过渡点是完成工艺转换的关键环节。通过对这2种运输方式的运营成本组成逐项分解,根据相关因素参数构建运营成本数学模型,结合某矿实际进行分析模拟计算,求得各运输方式的单位运营成本。借助Excel软件完成大批量数据处理,对计算结果进行分析、比较,可以得到运输方式合理过渡点,即该矿运输方式过渡最佳时机为第5 a,使汽车运输和联合运输系统前后优势互补,最大限度地降低矿岩运输成本。

Abstract: The motor transport is economical in opencast in early period due to short distance,but becomes costly with the distance increasing.The initial investment of Auto-belt-dumping plough combined transport process is high but its operating cost is low.So it is the best transport mode instead of motor transport in the late period of mining.The occasion of adopting the combined transport plays an important rule in improving its economic advantage.It is the key link to find the reasonable transition point from motor transport to combined transport.Through decomposing operating costs of two transports item by item,a mathematical model of the operating costs is built based on the relevant factors to obtain the operation costs of each transport per unit by simulating a mine.Large sets of data processing is completed with the aid of excel.Through analyzing and comparing the calculated results,a reasonable and optimal transition point from motor transport to combined transport was determined as the fifth year.In this moment,the advantages of two transports could be complemented with each other to minimize the operating costs
