卧虎山铁矿开采方法选择及采场结构参数优化

Selection of Mining Method and Optimization of Stope Structure Parameters in Wohushan Iron Ore

摘要: 为了提高卧虎山矿年产量,满足生产要求,找到适合卧虎山矿地下开采的采矿方法,由地质条件入手,通过点柱上向水平充填采矿法和上向高分层充填采矿法2种采矿方法在技术和生产中的优缺点对比,得出适合25~24矿段的采矿方法为上向高分层充填采矿法。为探求此采矿方法合理的采场结构参数,实现安全、高效生产,利用FLAC3D模拟软件,对不同方案的围岩应力及位移分布规律进行数值模拟分析,研究不同矿房宽度对采场稳定性的影响,得到矿房矿柱适合宽度分别为11 m和9 m。由国内外矿山使用的锚杆长度和经验公式得到锚杆长度,预控顶支护方式为锚杆支护。研究结果对其他矿段的回采具有指导借鉴意义。

Abstract: In order to improve the production capacity of Wohushan iron ore and meet the production requirements,the mining methods that are suitable for underground mining of Wohushan ore is found out.From the geological conditions,contrast on advantages and disadvantages of the upward horizontal slice stoping-filling method with pointed pillars and the upward high horizontal slice stoping-filling method in production is made.It is obtained that the later is more suitable for 25~24 ore block.In order to get the reasonable structure parameters for the mining method and achieve safe & efficient mining,FLAC3D simulation software is adopted to make numerical simulation on distribution regularity of the surrounding rock stress and displacement at different mining scheme.Effect of different stopes widths on stope stability is studied,thus finding that the suitable widths of stope and pillar are 11 m and 9 m respectively.The bolt length is gained from the bolt length and the empirical formula used by the mines at home and abroad,and pre-control roof supporting method adopts bolt support.The results have guiding significance for stoping of other ore block.
