新型常温捕收剂DLG-2浮选石英

Quartz Flotation Using DLG-2 as Collector at Normal Temperature

摘要: 为检验东北大学新合成的浮硅捕收剂DLG-2的性能,以石英单矿物为对象进行了浮选试验,并借助Zeta电位检测和红外光谱分析探讨了该药剂在石英表面的作用机理。试验结果表明,在pH≥10,DLG-2用量为40 mg/L,矿浆温度≥22 ℃,无Ca2+活化的条件下,DLG-2浮选石英的回收率可达99.5%左右。Zeta电位和红外光谱分析表明,DLG-2在石英表面的吸附形式有静电吸附、键合吸附和氢键作用。

Abstract: Single quartz flotation experiments were conducted to test the performance a fatty acid anionic collector,which was newly developed by NEU,and the mechanism for collecting quartz was discussed via Zeta potential measurement and infrared spectrum analysis.The flotation experiments showed that when the quartz recovery was about 99.5%,the optimum pH value was above 10,the optimum dosage of CaCl2 was 0,the optimum dosage of DLG-2 was 40 mg/L,the optimum flotation temperature was 22 ℃.Zeta potential and infrared spectrum analysis showed there were electrostatic adsorption,bonding adsorption and hydrogen bonding adsorption between quartz and DLG-2.
