金属矿山独头掘进巷道降温计算模型研究

摘要: 计算金属矿山独头掘进巷道降温所需制冷量,可为制冷机型号的选择提供依据。以压入式的局扇通风为假设,建立金属矿山独头掘进巷道降温计算模型,并运用Visual Basic语言编写了独头掘进巷道降温制冷量的计算程序。进而利用FLUENT6.3软件模拟了利用金属矿山独头掘进巷道降温计算模型的计算实例,模拟结果得出独头掘进巷道降温计算模型计算出的降温制冷量可使送入到掘进工作面的风流达到掘进巷道热环境指标要求。该计算模型可为矿井降温设计人员和现场工程技术人员提供借鉴和帮助。

Abstract: Calculation of refrigerating capacity required by single heading face cooling in metal mine can provide basis for the selection of cooling machine.With local pressure fan ventilation for the hypothesis,the cooling calculation model of single heading face in metal mine is set up and the calculation program of refrigerating capacity for single heading roadway is written using the Visual Basic.Then FLUENT6.3 software was used to simulate the cooling calculation model of single heading roadway in metal mines.The simulation results showed that the cooling capacity calculated by the calculation model of single-heading roadway can make the air flow for cooling the heading face reach the thermal environment parameters of the tunneling face.This model can provide reference and help for on-site cooling engineering designer and technical personnel.
