一种射流煤层割缝喷嘴性能优化新方法

摘要: 为改善高压水射流煤层割缝喷嘴的湍动状态,提高出口射流的切割能力,尝试添加导流器来改善喷嘴的喷射性能。采用OMAX磨料水切割机自行设计加工4种断面类型导流器(十字型、导板型、广场型、平板型),分别安装于喷嘴,通过流量系数试验、射流会聚性对比试验以及割缝试验,探讨了导流器的作用,并推导出定点射流的切割深度表达式。除流量系数略有降低,安装导流器后的喷嘴性能均优于无导流器的,尤其是在淹没区的切割能力有较大程度的改善。4种断面类型的导流器的导流效果由好到差依次为十字型、导板型、广场型、平板型。

Abstract: In order to improve the turbulence state of high-pressure water jet nozzle and to advance its cutting ability,flow conditioner was creatively proposed to improve the performance of jet.The flow conditioner with four kinds of profile types(cross,guide,square,flat) were designed and manufactured by adopting OMAX water cutting,which were respectively installed into the nozzle.Their performances were studied by experiments of flow coefficient,convergency and cutting.The function of the flow conditioner was discussed and the expression formula of cutting depth by water jet at fixed point was derived.Except for the lower flow coefficient,the performance of nozzle with a flow conditioner was evidently better than that without one,especially that its cutting ability have a greater improvement in the submerged area.For four kinds of flow conditioner,the cross type was the best,followed by guide,square,flat.
