新型阴离子捕收剂DMY-1对细粒锡石的捕收性能

Research on Collecting Property of Fine Cassiterite by a New Anion Collector DMY-1

摘要: 为实现细粒锡石的高效回收,东北大学研制了一种新型脂肪酸类阴离子捕收剂DMY-1。为检验DMY-1的性能、揭示其作用机理,以体积平均粒径17.71 μm的锡石单矿物为试样进行了1次浮选试验,并对与DMY-1作用前后的锡石单矿物进行了Zeta电位检测和红外光谱分析。结果表明:在矿浆温度为18 ℃、pH=9、DMY-1用量为200 mg/L情况下,泡沫产品回收率达94.50%;DMY-1对矿浆温度变化的适应能力强;DMY-1与锡石表面存在氢键和化学吸附作用。阴离子捕收剂DMY-1|细粒锡石|单矿物|浮选|作用机理

Abstract: College of Resources and Civil Engineering,Northeastern University,Shenyang 110819,China A new anionic collector named DMY-1 was developed by Northeastern University to achieve a high recovery efficiently of fine cassiterite.In order to inspect the collecting performance,one flotation operation was carried out by utilizing fine pure cassiterite with mean volume diameter of 1771 μm as sample.The Zeta potential measurement and infrared spectrum analysis was conducted on the single cassiterite ore both before and after interaction with DMY-1,Recovery of 9450% was acquired at the optimum condition of pulp temperature 18 ℃,pH=9,the DMY-1 dosage of 200 mg/L,besides,good index can be obtained by using DMY-1 at various temperatures.There are hydrogen bond and chemical adsorption between DMY-1 and cassiterite surface.
