刚果(金)Kamoa微细粒铜矿石浮选试验

Flotation Experiment on Micro-fine Disseminated Copper Ore from Kamoa,Congo (Kinshasa)

摘要: 针对刚果(金)Kamoa铜矿石中铜矿物嵌布粒度粗细极不均匀、嵌布关系复杂的特点,采用阶段磨选工艺进行了选矿试验。试验以石灰为矿浆pH值调整剂,Cytec Aero 3894+Cytec Aero 5100(质量配合比为2∶1)为组合捕收剂,Cytec F507为起泡剂,在磨矿细度为-0.053 mm占85%情况下,采用1次粗选2次快速精选,快速精选尾矿、扫选精矿、扫选尾矿中的+0.053 mm粒级合并再磨至-0.01 mm占80%后,进行2次扫精选流程处理矿石,快速精选精矿与扫精选精矿合并的精矿铜品位为48.57%、回收率为88.34%。

Abstract: Aiming at characteristics of complex dissemination and uneven particles size dissemination of copper minerals from Kamoa,Democratic Republic of Congo,beneficiation experiment was conducted by stage grinding stage separation process.With lime as a pH regulator,Cytec Aero 3894 + Cytec Aero 5100(mass ratio of 2∶1) as combined collector,and Cytec F507 as foamer,at grinding fineness of 85% passing 0.053 mm,through one roughing and two flash-cleaning,scavenging rough concentrate,flash-cleaning tailings and the +0.053 mm coarse fraction of scavenging tailings combined and then regrinding to fineness of 80% passing 0.01 mm,through two scavenger-cleaning process,then a combined concentrate of flash-cleaning and scavenger-cleaning with 48.57% Cu and recovery of 88.34% was obtained.
