阜山金矿抽出式通风系统采空区漏风控制技术研究

摘要: 阜山金矿61#矿脉井下作业采场与采空区贯通,漏风通道难以通过充填、密闭等措施加以控制,而抽出式通风系统主扇风机进风口侧均处于负压区,导致采空区漏风量大、系统有效风量利用率低。通过分析该矿山采空区漏风特点,从通风系统动态模型建立、通风网络优化、风量风压调节控制等方面对井下采空区漏风控制进行研究,运用风机调频技术远程调控增设在进风侧通风设备的运行频率,改变采空区漏风通道两端的风压差,实现控制61#矿脉采空区漏风方向及漏风量大小的目的,较好地解决了采空区漏风问题。研究表明:运用风压平衡以及远程集中控制技术可有效控制阜山金矿抽出式通风系统采空区漏风,保证井下通风系统的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract: The underground mining fields of Fushan gold mine 61# vein run through the goaf,so the air leakage passage can not be controlled by filling or sealing.The main fan air inlet sides of the exhaust ventilation system are in the zone of negative pressure,which leads to increased volume of air leakage in gob area,the low air efficiency of the system.Through the analysis of characteristics of air leakage in mine goaf,the underground goaf air leakage control is studies by establishing the dynamic model of the ventilation system,optimizing the ventilation network,and adjusting the wind volume and pressure.The fan FM technology remote control is additionally arranged in the operating frequency of the air ventilation equipment side,changing air leakage channel at both ends of the pressure difference,to realize the change of 61# ore vein of air leakage and air leakage quantity to and solve the air leakage problem.Research shows that the pressure balance and centralized remote control technology can effectively control the Fushan gold mine out of the ventilation system air leakage in gob area and ensure the reliability and stability of mine ventilation system.
