硫化钠对某铅锌矿充填膏体凝结性能的影响

Influence Rules of Sodium Sulfide to Condensing Properties of the Paste in a Lead-zine Mine

摘要: 某铅锌矿全尾砂膏体充填料浆水化凝结迟缓,严重影响充填作业进程;同时粗骨料充填浆体容易出现骨料下沉而导致的浆体离析现象,严重影响充填浆体的质量。通过建立骨料在浆体中的力学模型,研究硫化钠掺入某铅锌矿全尾砂膏体料浆后对其水化凝结性能的影响。先将硝酸锌按照不同的比例掺入全尾砂膏体混合料浆,经过试验发现全尾砂中的锌离子对料浆的凝结起到了延缓作用。在此基础上,通过掺入不同比例的硫化钠配制膏体料浆,观察到硫化钠对料浆具有促凝的效果,并且随着硫化钠添加量的增加,膏体料浆初凝时间近似地呈线性递减规律。同样硫化钠的加入增加了膏体凝结后试块的7、14、28 d强度,得到膏体凝结试块最大强度下硫化钠的添加量范围为1%~1.5%。分析得出:硫化钠中的硫离子结合了料浆中大量的锌离子形成硫化锌沉淀,硫离子水解创造的碱性料浆环境共同促进了膏体的水化和凝结进程。

Abstract: The hydration condensation of unclassified-tailings paste filling slurry of a lead-zine mine is slow,which seriously affect the process of filling operation,the aggregate sinking phenomenon of the aggregate filling slurry is prone to exist,which lead to the slurry segregation phenomenon is appeared,so,the quality of filling slurry is affected seriously.The mechanical model of paste in filling slurry is established to analyze the influence of sodium sulfide to hydration condensing properties of the paste in a lead-zine mine.The zinc nitrate is mixed with unclassified-tailings paste filling mixture slurry with different proportion,the test result show that the slurry condensation is slowed by zinc ions in unclassified-tailings.Based on the above analysis results,the sodium sulfide with different proportion is mixed with the mixture slurry to obtain the new paste slurry,the test results show that the coagulation effects of sodium sulfide to paste slurry is existed,with the increasing of additive amounts of sodium sulfide,the initial condensation time of paste slurry with the linear decreasing regularity approximately,with the addition of sodium sulfide,the strength of the paste test blocks with condensation 7,14,28 d,the ideal additive amounts of sodium sulfide of the corresponding maximum strength of the paste block is 1%~1.5%.The above test results further show that the zinc sulfide sediment is formed by combing with sulfur ions and zinc ions of paste slurry,the hydration and condensation process of paste slurry are promoted by alkaline slurry environment formed by sulfur ions hydrolysis.
