倾斜极厚矿体回采方案设计研究

摘要: 从安全高效开采角度出发,结合大型低品位厚大矿体开采技术条件、嗣后充填采矿法生产工艺、生产能力及采准工程布置情况等因素,提出2种可行回采方案。利用有限元分析软件Midas/GTS进行采场稳定性数值分析,计算结果表明:采用方案一时,回采后期盘区内二步非胶结充填采场顶板中央处将产生较为明显的塑性应变,采场整体稳定性低于方案二。基于典型盘区内各矿块生产能力及出矿量,并综合考虑各方案的安全性、产能及各方案不同特点后,确定回采方案一适合达产期间应用,回采方案二适合达产后应用。

Abstract: From views of safe and effective mining,and combining with the factors of technical conditions of large low-grade thick ore body,the subsequent filling mining process,and the productivity and mining preparation,two mining schemes were put forward.The stability of stope was analyzed by using finite element software Midas/GTS.The results show that,at first scheme,the center of roof rock in two-step unconsolidated filling stope produced significantly plastic strain within the end panel,and the whole stability at first scheme is lower than the second scheme.Based on the production capacity and the accumulative yearly output of ore in the typical panel,it is suggested that the first scheme is favorable during the period of reaching full capacity,and the second scheme is favorable for the period after the full capacity achieved by taking comprehensive consideration on safety,production capacity and different characteristics of each mining scheme.
