某磁铁矿粗选精矿旋流器与细筛组合分级分选工艺探究

摘要: 为了开发高效精细化分级技术,实现在低成本前提下铁矿物差异化高效分选的目标,进行了水力旋流器与细筛组合分级分选工艺的研究,并通过与所进行的单一细筛分级分选工艺试验结果比较。试验结果表明水力旋流器与细筛组合分级技术为实现矿物精细化分级、差异化高效分选创造了有利条件,在选别指标相近的情况下,磁选给矿的铁矿物解离特性变好、磁选柱的给矿量大大减少,且再磨矿量减少了3个百分点左右,节能降耗效果显著。

Abstract: In order to develop an efficient classification technology with achieving the goal of efficient separation of iron minerals at low cost,the research of combined classification technology between cyclone and fine screen and single fine screen classification technology was carried out.Comparison of test results between single fine screen classification and combined classification technology was conducted.The results showed that the combined classification process is better than single fine screen technological process in realization of mineral fine grading and differentation efficient separation.In the case of similar indicators in the end,the dissociation characteristic of iron minerals in magnetic separation is better,the amount of column magnetic seltor feed greatly decreased,the amount of regrinding ore decreased 3 percentage points or so,the effect of energy saving and loss reducing is very good.
