水硬度对细粒赤铁矿絮凝沉降效果的影响

摘要: 为研究水硬度对细粒赤铁矿沉降效果的影响,以巴西某细粒赤铁矿精矿为研究对象,考察了水的硬度对赤铁矿沉降行为的影响,并探讨了PAM用量、矿浆pH值、温度等因素对于钙镁离子和赤铁矿作用过程的影响。结果表明:碱性条件下,钙镁离子对赤铁矿的沉降有促进作用,随着水硬度的增加,促进效果增强,pH=12时,水的硬度对赤铁矿沉降的影响最大,赤铁矿沉降率最高;PAM用量较低时,钙镁离子和PAM对赤铁矿的沉降都具有促进作用,二者表现为协同作用;高PAM用量条件下,二者表现为拮抗作用;升高温度,有利于细粒赤铁矿的沉降。试验结果对提高赤铁矿精矿沉降效率具有重要意义。

Abstract: To find the influence of water hardness on sedimentation behavior on ultrafine hematite,water hardness,PAM dosage,pH,temperature on the sedimentation behavior were studied,using an ultrafine hematite from Brazil as the study sample.The results indicated that:for high alkalinty,calcium and magnesium ions can greatly promote the coagulation of hencatite ore fines;for pH=12 conditions,calcium and magnesium ions and flocculant can cooperate to promote fine hencatite ore sedimentation.Increase temperature is good to promote settlement .The experimental results have great significance for sedimentation rate improve for iron concentrate.
