摘要: 自移式半连续系统应用前景广阔,但其布设水平及端帮带式输送机移设步距等关键技术参数优化确定缺乏理论指导。分析影响剥离自移式半连续系统布设水平和端帮带式输送机移设步距的因素,主要包括剥离半连续系统生产能力、运输成本、煤层赋存状况及内排条件、内排空间与剥离工程位置的动态关系、剥离半连续系统布设水平和端帮带式输送机移设步距相互影响等。在受内排空间约束的条件下,以系统运输成本最低为目标,给出了优化剥离自移式破碎机半连续系统布设水平及端帮带式输送机移设步距的方法。

Abstract: Self-mobile semi-continuous mining system have a broad application prospect.But it is lacking of theoretical guidance for determining the key technical parameters,such as located level of self-mobile semi-continuous system and moving step of belt conveyor in end slope.The influencing factors that affect the located level of self-mobile semi-continuous system and moving step of belt conveyor in end slope are analyzed,mainly including the throughput of stripping semi-continuous system,transportation cost,occurrence status of coal layer and condition of inner disposing,dynamic relationship between the inner disposing space and the position of the stripping project,and interaction between the located level of self-mobile semi-continuous system and moving step of belt conveyor in end slope.Under the condition of restrictive inner disposing space,with the goal of realizing lowest transportation cost,the method to optimize the located level of stripping self-mobile semi-continuous system and the moving step of belt conveyor in end slope is proposed.
