我国铁矿资源“劣质能用、优质优用”发展战略研究

Development Strategies of Available Use of Inferior Quality and Optimal Use of High Quality for Domestic Iron Ore Resources

摘要: 针对我国铁矿资源禀赋差、利用效率低、成本高、优质铁精矿匮乏的开发利用现状,提出了我国铁矿资源“劣质能用、优质优用”的发展战略。重点介绍了复杂难选铁矿石预富集—悬浮焙烧—磁选选冶联合新技术研究现状,讨论了悬浮焙烧技术在盘活劣质铁矿资源,提高资源利用率方面的应用前景;针对优质铁矿资源提出了超级铁精矿及洁净钢基料短流程绿色制备技术路线,以期通过多学科交叉融合,推动我国钢铁材料产品从中低端向中高端迈进。最后指出了强化技术创新、加快产业结构调整,提高铁矿资源利用效率和产品质量将是铁矿石选矿重点发展方向。

Abstract: College of Resources and Civil Engineering,Northeastern University,Shenyang 110819,China Based on the iron ore resources endowment characteristics,such as high processing cost,lack of high quality iron concentrate and low efficiency utilization,the development strategies of available use of the inferior quality ore and optimal use of the high quality ore for the domestic iron ore resources have been put forward.The innovation Preconcentration-Suspension Roasting-Magnetic Separation (PSRM) technique combined mineral processing and metallurgy for the complex refractory iron ores was emphatically introduced,and the application prospect of the PSRM technology in reusing of the inferior iron ores and improving the efficiency of resources was discussed.While,the green preparation technology route of super iron concentrate and clean steel base material has been proposed for the high quality iron ore resources,in order to accelerate our country′s iron and steel material products upgrading from low-end to high-end through multidisciplinary fusion methods.The key development directions in exploitation and utilization of iron ore resources,such as strengthen technological innovation,speeding up industrial restructuring,and improving utilization efficiency and product quality were prospected.
