组合捕收剂在赤铁矿常温反浮选中的应用

摘要: 脂肪酸类捕收剂(LTS)反浮选赤铁矿存在矿浆需加温的问题,将非离子型表面活性剂CW-1和CW-2、阴离子型表面活性剂CW-3和CW-4分别与LTS组合使用,拟通过药剂复配来降低浮选温度、提高反浮选指标。石英单矿物浮选试验结果表明:在温度为10 ℃,矿浆pH值为12时,分别以CW-3和LTS(用量为40+40 mg/L)、CW-4和LTS(用量为90+30 mg/L)为捕收剂浮选,石英的回收率分别达到99.44%和94.99%。人工混合矿浮选试验结果表明,10 ℃下,CW-3和CW-4分别与LTS组合使用时,赤铁矿精矿铁品位均比25 ℃下单独使用LTS浮选时的指标好;CW-3和LTS组合使用时,赤铁矿精矿铁品位提高了5.41个百分点;CW-4和LTS组合使用时,赤铁矿精矿铁品位提高了2.95个百分点。两种组合捕收剂在赤铁矿常温反浮选中均有较强的捕收能力。

Abstract: College of resource and Civil Engineering,Northeastern University,Shenyang 110819,China Fatty acid collector (LTS) reverse floating hematite has problems of need slurry heating,to decrease flotation temperature and improve hematite flotation index by medicament combination,nonionic surfactant CW-1 and CW-2,anionic surfactants CW-3 and CW-4 was respectively combined with LTS.Monomineral quartz flotation experiment results indicated that,at the temperature of 10 ℃,the slurry pH value is 12,using CW-3 and LTS(dosage is 40+40 mg/L),CW-4 and LTS(90+30 mg/L) as collector,quartz recovery rate was 99.44% and 94.99%,respectively.Artificial mixed ore flotation experiment results indicated that,at 10 ℃,CW-3 and CW-4 respectively combined with LTS,hematite concentrate iron grade is higher than that of using LTS alone at 25 ℃.When CW-3 and LTS combination,hematite concentrate iron grade is increased by 5.41 percentage points;When CW-4 and LTS combination,hematite concentrate iron grade increased by 2.95 percentage points.Both of the two kind combination collector have intensity collecting ability in hematite reverse flotation at normal temperature.
