锆柱撑蒙脱石对铜离子的吸附效果

Study on Adsorption of Copper Ions by Zirconium Pillared Montmorillonite

摘要: 以晶面间距为1.87 nm的锆柱撑蒙脱石(Zr-pmnt)为吸附剂,研究了其吸附Cu2+的工艺技术条件。结果表明:在Cu2+浓度为100 mg/L、pH=7的50 mL模拟废水中投加0.1 g的Zr-pmnt,20 ℃下恒温水浴振荡120 min,Zr-pmnt对Cu2+的吸附量为44.26 mg/g,Cu2+去除率达到88.52%。

Abstract: Zirconium pillared montmorillonite (Zr-pmnt) with basal spacing of 1.87 nm was used as adsorbent to study its adsorption technology conditions on Cu2+.Results show that under conditions of Cu2+ concentration of 100 mg/L,0.1 g Zr-pmnt was added into 50 mL Cu2+ solution and solution pH is 7,constant temperature water bath oscillation at 20 ℃ for 120 min,adsorption saturated capacity of Cu2+on Zr-pmnt is 44.26 mg/g and Cu2+ removal rate is 88.52%.
