摘要: 以粉煤灰为主要原料制备粉煤灰基矿物聚合材料是实现粉煤灰大宗资源化利用的有效途径。研究了埃洛石纳米管对粉煤灰基矿物聚合材料性能的影响。埃洛石纳米管不同掺量下粉煤灰基矿物聚合材料的物相、红外光谱、综合热分析、孔结构和微观结构分析证明,埃洛石纳米管可以提高粉煤灰基矿物聚合材料中胶凝成分的含量,降低材料中孔的数量和大小,从而使基体变得更加致密。

Abstract: Preparing fly ash(FA) geopolymer(GP) using FA as main material is a viable route of comprehensive utilization of FA.Influence of halloysite nanotubes on the properties of FA based GP is studied.XRD,FTIR,thermal analysis and pore size distribution and microstructure analysis for pure FA based GP and halloysite nanotubes modified FA based GP,the conclusion could be received that halloysite nanotubes could enhance the amount of cementitious composition in FA based GP,which would decrease the size and amount of pores and compact the matrix.
