梅山铁矿上向中深孔装药返粉率控制技术

Control Technology of Return Fine Rate to Upward Medium-length Hole in Meishan Iron Mine

摘要: 针对梅山铁矿上向中深孔装药过程中返粉率现状,通过工作流程分析确定测量对象与关键指标。对离散型指标炸药黏性采用DFMEA分析,得出返粉率偏高主要原因是井下转运时间较长、井上下的温差较大、基质挥发所致,可采取多功能运输车直接配送、柴油基质补偿措施进行改进。对连续型指标退管速度进行多元回归分析,得到拟合的多元回归方程,根据拟合曲线得到最优退管速度。收集改进后返粉率,并对比改进前后的过程能力指数值,从而验证改进效果。最后固化改进措施和参数,实现上向中深孔装药返粉率的有效控制。此研究中涉及到的措施、参数对国内同类型矿山具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: According to the situation of return fine rate in the upward medium-length hole charging process of Meishan Iron Mine,the measurement targets and key indicators are determined by analyzing the work processes.The explosives viscous(dispersion index) is analyzed by using DFMEA,the reasons are as follows:long transit time,great temperature difference between surface and underground and matrix volatile,the measures of the direct distribution by multi-purpose vehicle and matrix compensation of diesel can be taken to overcome the above difficulties effectively.The backward tube speed(continuous index) is conduct multiple regression analysis,the multiple regression fitting equation is obtained,based on the fitting equation,the optimal velocity value can also be obtained.the return fine rate values after improvement is collected,the process capability index values before and after improvement are conducted comparison and analysis,so as to verify the improvement effects.Finally,the improvement measurements and parameters are conducted solidification process to achieve the effective controlling of return fine rate of upward medium-length hole.The above study results in this paper related to some measures and parameters can provide some reference for the similar mines in our country.
