Abstract: System integration is one of the key contents in construction of mine enterprise information.The integration between multiple business systems are considered from the view of the planning and designing，such as SOA architecture ideas or “specification of industrial enterprise informationization integration system (GB T 26335-2010)” or other standards.All these usually require the discarding or reforming of existing systems，and series of new sub-systems would be designed and deployed in accordance with existing planning.However，so far most of the mining enterprises have spent a lot of manpower and resources to import the “old system” which do not follow the specification，and reforming or discarding these systems is great costly.Based on the data，it is put forward that the “single inflow and multi-distribution of data” is the basic goal and principle of the integration among the old business systems.Based on the analysis of traditional data integration methods，a new data agent model is proposed to solve the problem of integration among old business systems in the construction process of mine informationization.This model does not need to change the original system with feature of simple principle and low cost.Also，the coupling degree between the systems can be reduced，so it can be used as an effective reference for the peer researchers.
