大宗工业固废高值建材化利用研究现状与展望

摘要: 当前我国已经迈入了工业大国的行列,带动了我国社会经济的快速发展。新时期,在制定工业发展计划的同时,更需要将生态环境保护放在首要位置。在工业化发展的历史进程中,遗留了很多生态污染问题,其中工业固体废弃物的长期堆积对生态环境造成了严重地破坏。主要论述了典型大宗工业固废(铁尾矿、粉煤灰、煤矸石、冶炼废渣、炉渣及脱硫石膏)高值建材化用的研究现状,对6种典型工业固废未来发展趋势进行了分析,并提出了高值建材化利用的可行性措施。大宗工业固废的高值建材化利用是确保我国工业可持续发展的一项长远战略方针,要想提高大宗工业固废综合利用水平,人们需要因地制宜地选择适当的工业固废处置和利用方式。在现有的政策基础上,科研单位和相关企业要进一步加强技术创新和模式创新,探索工业固废跨行业的协同处置和利用方法,为进一步提高我国大宗工业固废综合利用水平提供合理参考。

Abstract: At present,China has entered the ranks of large industrial countries,driving the rapid development of China′s social economy.In the new era,while formulating industrial development plans,it is more necessary to put ecological and environmental protection in the first place.In the historical process of industrialization,many ecological pollution problems have been left,among which the longterm accumulation of industrial solid waste has caused serious damage to the ecological environment.This paper mainly discusses the development status of highvalue building materials utilization of typical bulk industrial solid wastes (iron tailings,fly ash,coal gangue,smelting waste residue,slag and desulfurization gypsum),analyzes the future development trend of six typical industrial solid wastes,and puts forward feasible measures for the utilization of highvalue building materials.The highvalue building materials utilization of bulk industrial solid waste is a longterm strategic policy to ensure the sustainable development of China's industry.In order to improve the comprehensive utilization level of bulk industrial solid waste,people need to choose appropriate disposal and utilization methods of industrial solid waste according to local conditions.On the basis of existing policies,scientific research institutions and relevant enterprises should further strengthen technological innovation and mode innovation,explore cross industry collaborative disposal and utilization methods of industrial solid waste,and provide reasonable reference for gradually realizing the largescale and highvalue development of comprehensive utilization of bulk industrial solid waste and further improving the level of comprehensive utilization of bulk industrial solid waste in China.
